 Consolaré understands the need for convenience and rapid physician access for all members of your family. As a courtesy to our private clients, we also offer pediatric services for children 12 years of age and older for a reduced fee. Our scope of services include Consolaré’s 24/7/365 on-call coverage and telephone access, home visits on emergency/urgent care situations, and facilitated emergency room visits. Sports physicals are also included. Please note that this service is not intended to replace primary care pediatricians, however Consolaré will work with your primary care pediatrician to ensure seamless care for your child. Only children of existing clients are eligible for this service and it is the responsibility of each parent to make sure that their child has a regular pediatrician.
