Geriatric care takes a special kind of physician, and Consolaré’s team has extensive experience working with the special healthcare needs of seniors. We will work with older clients to develop realistic strategies for managing ailments and encouraging overall physical and mental wellness.

Geriatric care extends far beyond the boundaries of basic medical knowledge and physical exams. The elderly and their families have a different set of needs including keeping patients independent as long as possible, keeping loved ones safe in their environment, and being an advocate for quality individual care if a long-term care facility becomes necessary.

These patients also appreciate Consolaré’s willingness to work with patients to make appointments and handle prescription deliveries to their homes.

Rest assured that Consolaré physicians are also experienced and comfortable in working with patients and families who enter a hospice situation in their final months and days.

Patient care should never be compromised – and with Consolaré’s Special Care for Aging Parents Program, it doesn’t have to be.

Fees for this program vary due to the level of services desired.
