Once inside, your physician or our guest services liaison will welcome you with a smiling face, a beverage of your choice, fresh fruit or a light snack, and then escort you back to your VIP suite for examination. Once inside your VIP Suite, we understand that life cannot simply be put on hold – that is why you will have full access to a computer work station including internet access and fax service. And unlike other medical offices that require you to turn off your cell phone – our Physicians are happy to let you get comfortable and take care of your personal and business needs at your convenience. (Yes, our Doctors will wait for you!) In addition to business accommodations, our VIP Suites come complete with monogrammed robes, state of the art diagnostic equipment, and the latest technology to complete your health analysis. Whether you’re here for a minor check-up or a comprehensive physical, we want your time with Consolaré to be as pleasant as possible. We will also make your next Consolaré appointment for you, forward medical records to specialist physicians as needed, handle your individual insurance issues (see our section on Funding Concierge Care), and even coordinate delivery of prescriptions to your home or office.
